Ask any creative professional about the impact of the physical environment on their work, and you’ll be hard-pressed to find one who hasn’t considered it a major factor when seeking employment. Coco Chanel said, “An interior is the natural projection of the soul.” Always ahead of the curve, Coco understood that environment has a direct impact on our work and, more importantly perhaps, how we feel about it. The good news is, now more employers are recognizing this, too.
