Knock back | I heart my phone

We all have one.

Some of us have the bare-bones-basic “I just use it to make calls” phone.
Some of us have a Blackberry.
Some of us have that phone that looks like a phone on the outside, but with a quick flip, a keyboard is revealed.

But, some of us have the magic machine also know as the iPhone. I am one of these people and I’m totally addicted to it. The thing actually gives me goosebumps sometimes.

In honor of my beloved 4.7 ounce wonder, I’ve decided to share a few of my favorite apps and iPhone accessories that make me, and hopefully you, a very happy user.

Documentation
I love taking photos with my iPhone. Unlike the camera’s critics, I’ve had nothing but great results. My secret weapon … Camera Bag. Here’s an example of what this $1.99 application can do.

Relaxation
Why take sleeping pills when you can relax your mind and sleep like a baby thanks to Bloom? Developed by the the amazing and innovative Brian Eno, this app has the ability to put you into a state of bliss as soon as you engage it. Who cares if it’s $3.99? Get it. It’s a natural sleep aid and so worth it.

Protection
California-based Incase is leading the pack in iPhone cases. Its products are sleek, durable and fashionable. There are even a few limited edition, artist designed cases as well as a case made with 40% reclaimed bamboo pulp.

Decoration
Visit Poogla and you’ll instantly be sucked into the many choices to adorn the screen of your iPhone. These visually stimulating wallpapers are created by “designers, artists, illustrators and dopey street bums.” Check the site often as it’s constantly adding new stuff. Get your Michael and Farrah wallpaper now while they’re still hot! R.I.P.

Next week’s Knock Back … California pottery.
